Custom Design and Printing
Our design team is on hand for all of your cutom design and printing needs. Our company was founded on solely providing custom work. We are well versed and ready to produce unique designs specific to your business. We have a hassle free protocol in place that allow us to complete your order in a timely manner with top quality results. Just follow these steps to ensure accuracy, achievement and success:
1. Contact Us
Please send us an email through our contact page describing exactly what your needs are design wise and print quantity. Be sure to include all of your contact information and any logos or content you already have for your order. You can directly email us at rebecca_picassodigital.com or use our contact page. One of our customer service specialits will contact you within 1 business day to begin your order. 50% deposit is due when placing an order, remainder of balance upon print approval.
2. Supply Us With Your Content, Logo and Graphics
You must supply us with a complete and up to date content. It must be typed out and emailed to: rebecca_picassodigital.com or provided on disk. You must also include your logo file and any other graphics or pictures you have. Although we do our best to make sure the menu you are providing us is free from typos; You are ultimately responsible for all grammar and spelling. This must be your final draft. Additional changes will affect production times and can incur additional design fees.
3. Review Your Design
With custom graphic design we supply you with 2 different preliminary samples. The preliminary samples are to determine which style and layout you prefer. Once you have selected a style you want to go with; give us any minor design changes and the rest of your design will be completed. Your final proof will be supplied to you within 7 business days.
4. Proofread Your Final Proof
It is very important that you take your time with this last step. If there are any additional changes ; you must submit them before you approve for print. They must be submitted by email. You are ultimately responsible for all grammar and spelling; any changes may incur additional graphic design fees or billable time. If your final proof is approved for print; you must sign, date and fax or email a copy of our proof approval form. Once we have this approval absolutely no alterations can be made. Due to our productions methods; we cannot make any changes once our plates have been burned. Our production time is completely based upon when we receive your signed proof approval form. Our estimated time of 10-12 business days for printing cannot be rushed. If a rush is absolutely necessary; Rush orders can be completed in as little as 5 business days; at an additional rush order charge determined per job.

Please allow 10 business days from date of purchase to receive your printed menu backround sheets. An email confirming your order will be sent for your records. As soon as your order ships, an email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.
For printed template from us
Please allow 5 business days for your printing proof. If you approve the proof we send you to the email address provided, please allow 10 business days from that approval date for your printed materials to arrive. As soon as your order has shipped, an email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.
For customized templates
Please allow 7 business days for your printing proof. If you approve the proof we send you to the email address provided, please allow 10 business days from that approval date for your printed materials to arrive. As soon as your order has shipped, an email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.
Proof Approval
Once you have received your proof, reviewed it carefully and approved us to print it, no further changes can be made to your order. Your job will be sent directly in to production. Our production methods are labor intensive and cannot be rushed. We require the allotted time for production and appreciate your understanding. We work hard to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and our customers are satisfied clients for life.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any of our products since they are custom for each client. This includes our print your own template sheets since each order is made to order.
